For each SmartForecasts or SmartCollaborator system that your company purchases, Smart Software provides a comprehensive annual customer support and product maintenance plan. The plan's fee is set at a reasonable percentage of the software’s then-current retail price.

In-support customers receive

  • Ongoing support on the operation of SmartForecasts and SmartCollaborator by telephone, FAX, e-mail, and web-based meetings.
  • Access to the new Online Support section on the Smart Software website.
  • Free copies of all product updates and enhancements during the support period.

Furthermore, if your requirements should change and you need to upgrade your system, you’ll receive full credit toward the price of a more comprehensive system, equal to the price of your original system license.
